Toni J. John, 56, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2018, at her home in Des Moines.
Toni was born October 3, 1961, to Clyde and Sara John in Des Moines, Iowa.
She enjoyed masterful works of tattoo art and loved her dog, Teddy.
She is survived by her father, Clyde Robert John, Sr.; sisters, Tylene John, Terri (Bryan) Herrold and Tina (Bruce) Miller; children, Jamie John, James Marshall and Robert Marshall.
Toni was preceded in death by mother, Sara; brother Clyde Robert “Bobby” John, Jr.
A celebration of Toni’s life will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 5-8pm at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Toni.

Today is both a sad day and happy day, sad because of the loss that has been in occurred but happy because she has reached his final destination in life and is now united with our Lord and Savior. My condolences to you and your family.

We are so sorry for the loss of dear Toni. I remember when we visited her, Tylene and Bobby when they were babies. I still have good memories and am sorry we fell apart over the years.
God bless Toni, you will be missed.
