So grateful for that last hug from Jerry at State Fair. He couldn't speak well, but that final squeeze back spoke volumes to me. Steve, the boys, and I will miss him. Godspeed.

Grandpa, you will be missed, but I know Grandma was probably getting tired of waiting on you. Growing up I never saw two people happier together then I remember you were. I know I haven't been a good grandchild in awhile and have kind of shut myself into my own little shell and for that I'm sorry. But I have nothing but good memories from my childhood of all the time I spent with you guys. I used to love coming over and going out in the workshop and spending hours making little wood projects with you. Also our summer camping trips at the beach, I remember we would wake up early to walk down and throw the beached horseshoe crabs back into the ocean before they would die and look for shells and drift wood. You are very loved and I will miss you. I love you Grandpa and I'll see you again one day.
