Sherry became a second mother to me a couple of years ago and welcomed me into her heart and home during a time when i found it hard to love myself. She gave me great advice and helped me see light and the end of a tunnel that i didn't see . I had many many laughs with her often at my expense, all and all wonderful memories that i will forever cherish. I miss walking in the door and her asking me for whatever shirt i might be wearing that day. I was fortunate enough to get to spend the last few weeks of her life helping in taking care of her. I was more than happy to do for a woman that took care of my heart in my time of need. During those weeks we even made a couple more memories that are now at the top of my favorite ones made with her. I will miss her terribly one of most is her laugh again usually at my expense. One of my last conversations with her i told her that every one should have a morher like her to love the way she loved her children and thanked her for loving me like one of her own, no matter what the issue she would just love u through it, a lesson that i use with my own child. Sherry will be missed greatly but i can guarantee she will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with her family in this time of grief.

Sherry and I were friends a very long time ago. Back when we were in our 20s. In those days we thought we were cool and didnt care what other people thought. If they didnt agree, they didnt matter. Sherry was cool. She was very nice to me. And I was proud to call her my friend. I havent seen her since those days. And Im very sorry for that. It would have been nice to get reacquainted with her again. Rest In Peace Sherry. You will be missed.
