Cecilia Jean Alm
January 04, 2018
Cecilia Jean Alm was born and passed away on January 4, 2018. She came into the world weighing only one precious pound and 11.5 inches long. At only 22 1/2 weeks into the pregnancy, she was very fragile and didn't survive. She was born at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa at 7:35 a.m. Immediately and peacefully she entered into the arms of our Lord.
She is survived by her parents, Nathan and Lori Alm, her siblings, Alexis, Bradlee, Grace and Marlene, grandparents, Darwin and Ylene Alm and Randi Cox, numerous aunties and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Cox. She is loved by all and will be greatly missed!
Never having the chance to open her sweet eyes, the meaning of her name Cecilia is... blind and Jean is... gift from God. She was like a beautiful and tiny little angel. She is very loved still and her memory will always have a special place in our hearts! She is in heaven now with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Although our hearts ache to know our little girl, we find much comfort knowing she will always be fully satisfied and will never suffer even the smallest amount. Our Lord loves Cecilia Jean so much! He will care for her until that sweet day when we join them in paradise!
A special thank you to all the medical staff including Guthrie County EMT. Also to Hamilton's Funeral Home for helping us so selflessly in this tragedy. Thank you all so much!

Please accept my sincere condolences. Our loving creator knows the pain of your heart and promises that he will be there to comfort you." Jehovah is close to the broken hearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit."(Psalm 34:18).The Bible also promises to bring back to life those who have fallen asleep in death. (Acts 24:15). How we all yearn for that time! Until those promises are fulfilled, it is my hope that this passage brings comfort to your hearts and give you a measure of peace during this most difficult time.

Our prayers are with you all. She is being kept for you to see again. The scriptures say that her angels are always in God's presence. So she is present there also. Feeling your greif and yet the joy of hope that only God gives us. God give you His peace that passes all understanding too.

From the start of human suffering, not a single teardrop has gone unnoticed by our heavenly Father. He notices the pain that we suffer. According to his Word, he will bring an end to all suffering. By means of his Kingdom, he will drastically change the human condition for the best.
