Mrs connett was my Sunday School teacher at the Runnells first federated church in the early 80s. She was so nice to me and she took our class to the Younkers tea room at Christmastime. I remember feeling very special that day and never had seen anything so fancy. What a sweet lady! So sorry for your loss

I was sorry to learn of Deloris's passing. My daughter and I were just at Sunnyview the Saturday before Christmas, visiting 2 other people from Ankeny Free Church. Had I known she was there we would have visited her, providing she was able to have company. Peace and comfort to you, knowing you will see her in eternity. She was a fine lady. I hadn't seen her in recent years..I no longer drive my car and have difficulty walking even short distances, or I would attend the funeral. Would love to see you again Gail.
