She enjoyed cooking, traveling with her Aunt Hilda, and spending time laughing and talking with many friends. Throughout her life Susie had many pets whom she loved so dearly especially her cats, Deuce and Kitty. In 2009, Susie moved to Perry, IA to join her son Richard and his wife Lorena. Throughout her time in Perry, she worked at Mercy Hospital as a receptionist, retired, and then became an avid volunteer for numerous public service agencies.
Susie will always be remembered for her selfless character. She took pride in helping others, developing motherly relationships with so many, and ensuring that others were taken care of. She will be extremely missed by so many.

Im saddened by the loss of Suzies
life. Suzie and I recently were connected through social media. We went to Lincoln High School,in Los Angeles together & graduated in 1969. She was always a loving person to be around. A true friend. I know you will be missed by many Suzie. You will be remembered forever. We had good times when you were living on Eastlake in L.A. at your grandmas house. Those were the days. I will LOVE YOU forever my friend. Till we meet up again. To her 3 sons.. & Family.
