To Dave's family, I am sorry to hear this news. I just found out he passed away, I met Dave back when he shuttled for Bob Brown. I work at Care Initiatives at the time. He would pick up my work car for an oil change. One day he dropped it off & I got in & drove off, he followed me to tell me that he forgot something in the car. I was smoking when I wasn't suppose to. He made me sooo nervous when I pulled over & told him I was sorry He said " I could care less & I am not going to sat anything". A couple weeks later he was with Howard Porter. Dave & I were like Oh I know you! Had no idea he was my neighbor let alone a friend of HOWARDS!!!.
We worked together at the Corn Feed in Highland Park & would have a beer. Brian Oldson & I loved Dave, What a great guy!!! I am sure him & Howard are having a beer & talking over each other!!
RIP Dave. You are a great person!!!! Sorry for your family but I hope you are happy & your family knows your at peace.
