Rebecca Ragan

Rebecca Kay “Becky” Byars Ragan died April 18, 2008. A celebration of life gathering will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2008 in the chapel at First Assembly of God Church, 2725 Merle Hay Rd.
Becky was born March 12, 1954. She was a life long resident of Des Moines. Her passion was her cats that she called her babies. Becky collected Betty Boop and was known to all the kids as Aunt Becky.
Becky is survived by her husband, Merle “Bear” Ragan; sisters, Theresa (Jr.) Haynes and Bonnie (Rick) Stahlnecker; brothers Mike (Connie) Byars and Kirk (Kathy) Byars. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold R. Byars and Marybelle Button and her brother, Terry Lee Byars.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to First Assembly of God Church.
