Ruth Campbell

Ruth M. Campbell, 80, died Monday, April 7, 2008 at Trinity Center at Luther Park in Des Moines, Iowa. She was born April 6, 1928 to Anthony and Ila Canney in Des Moines, Iowa.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Cook, three grandchildren,four great grandchildren and one brother James Canney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emory J. Campbell in 2003 and son, Richard Campbell 1993.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave. Des Moines, burial to follow at Cory Grove Cemetery in Elkhart, Iowa. Friends may visit with family Wednesday, evening from 6 – 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. vigil service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Memorial Fund in loving memory of Ruth Campbell.
