Loren Spurgeon

Loren E. Spurgeon was born August 30, 1934 to Loyd and Isabelle Spurgeon in Moulton Iowa. He went home to be with the Lord December 11, 2006.
He retired from Western International in 1990. Loren enjoyed the outdoors and working in his yard. He loved his grandchildren and their activities.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rowena, his two daughters; Kathy (Brian) Burgett and Susan (John) Parks. His two sons, Robert (Marla) Spurgeon and Everett Spurgeon, 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. There is one sister and five brothers.
Funeral services will be at Norwoodville Baptist Church Thursday December 14, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Visitation will be Wednesday December 13, 2006 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens 121 NW 60th Ave from 5 to 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Norwoodville Baptist Church.
