Laura Brott

Laura Evelyn “Eve” Brott, 89, died Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Per her request, her body has been donated to Des Moines University and no services are planned at this time.
Eve was born August 28, 1918 in Dexter. She was a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area.
Eve is survived by her daughters, Shirley (Dewey) Snyder of LaFeria, TX and Jackie (Cliff) Fisher of Des Moines; many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard; her sons, Glenn Short, Jr. and Lonnie Short; and several grandchildren.
Hamilton’s Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
