Brian Lee Cole

Brian L. Cole, 45, died Friday, March 28, 2008 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. followed by burial at Rising Sun Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Brian was born December 17, 1962 in Des Moines to Marvin and Patricia (Huffman) Cole. He was an Operating Engineer for the Baker Group. He attended Crossroads United Church of Christ in Indianola. Brian had been a Boy Scout Leader and was a member of Operating Engineers Local No. 234. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, golf and bike riding.
Brian is survived by his parents, Marvin and Patricia Cole; brother, Marvin Jr. (Linda) Cole; niece, Amber; nephew, Eric; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads United Church of Christ in Indianola or Boy Scouts of America.
