Robert Dawson

Robert Dawson, 78, was born August 11, 1929 in Des Moines and passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. The family will greet friends from 6-8pm Sunday, March 23, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Memorial services will be held at 11a.m. Monday, March 24, with inurnment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Cumming, Iowa.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Dawson; children, Tim (Cindy) Murphy, Judy (David) Dixon, Robin (Jerry) Campbell, Robert A. Dawson, Roxanne (Kenny) Werner and step-daughter, Polly (Jay) Breitenkamp; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
