I was shocked to hear of Sherry's passing. I got to know her by driving her to appointments through the Urbandale Caring Corps. She was such a nice, sweet lady, and always so appreciative. I enjoyed the talks we had during the drives, and learned much about her life and how proud she was of her sons and their families. I'll really miss her.

I am a volunteer driver for Caring Corps. I drove Sherry to the grocery store a few times. What a pleasant lady! She shared the many accomplishments of her sons and granddaughters and was very proud of them. She was always so appreciative of us drivers. You have my sympathy.

Sherry was a fellow graduate from EHS class of l953. That means a very long friendship. Her yearbook ambition was to "Sit on top of the world" and now she has succeeded. I'm sure the welcoming committee in heaven will include other class members. Sending heartfelt sympathy to both sons and grandchildren.
