Judith L. Bixler

Judith Leona Bixler, 71, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Judith was born April 22, 1945, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Leona (Little) Fetters. She enjoyed playing cards, ceramics and watching John Wayne movies. Judith was last employed in the security department at the Iowa State Fair Grounds.

She is survived by her sons, John (Amanda) Airhart and Tim (Sheri) Airhart, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and her brother, Larry Fetters.

Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Bixler and her two daughters, Sheryl and Donnetta.

The family will hold services on their own.
