Carol Scott

Carol was called away March 15th, 2008 after a couragious battle with cancer which she was a fighter to the end. Per her wishes her body has been donated to The Des Moines University and a private memorial service will occur at a later date.
She was born Carolyn Jean Scott to Eugene Azur Scott and Patsy Sue Cundiff on December 20, 1958 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Before she left home at 17, Carol and her brother Danny were inseparable. There was never a place where one was that the other one would not follow. Danny and his wife, her sister Kathy and nephew Chris were at her bedside when she left this world to answer to the Lord. Carol loved fishing, camping, and anything outdoors. She also loved to go out to eat and spend time with family and friends. She was a person who loved to joke around no matter how tough the times got.
She is survived by her sons Adam Scott and Michael Parsley; sisters Kathy (Denny) Mason of Des Moines, Jeannette (Phillip) Scott of Jordan, Utah; Brothers Danny (Rhonda) Scott of, Pfluegerville Texas, Harold (Mary Lee) of Blair, Nebraska, Terry Sedars of San Antonio, Texas; her mother Patsy Hannah of San Antonio, Texas; one grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and step mother Gene and Joan Scott and her grandparents.
