Rober Sink

Robert (Ed) Sink, 66, died, Friday, March 14, 2008 at his home. He was born on January 25, 1942 in Grinnell, Iowa.
Ed graduated from Indianola High School. He then went on to serve in the U.S. Air force. Ed spent many years as a truck driver. He recently retired from Hawkeye Wood Shavings.
Ed is survived by two sons, Danial Wolfe and James (Ed) Brown; one daughter, Rose Lampman; sisters, Victoria Buchanan and Marianne Speck; brother, David Sink; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Elsie Sink, wife, Nancy and son, Frank C. Brown.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines; visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. on the day of the service. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, Des Moines.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in memory of Ed.
