Donald McConnell

Donald Lee McConnell, 63, passed away March 7, 2008 at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2:30 pm Tuesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm Monday at the funeral home.
Donald was born July 27, 1945 in Kansas City, MO. He retired as a Line Worker for Goodwill Industries. He loved wrestling, playing checkers, yodeling and his cat “Sweetheart”.
Donald is survived by his wife, Anita McConnell whom he married in 1998. His brother, Charles E. (Judy) McConnell; his sisters, Brenda F. Walker and Bonnie Dolan; his mother, Christina Kirkpatrick; his grandsons, Noah Bassford and Dakota Potter; his step-sons, Rodney Potter Jr. and Paul Potter; and his cat, Sweetheart. He was preceded in death by his father, William and his step-mother, Fern.
