Robert Folsom

Robert D. Folsom, 76, died Monday, March 10, 2008 at his home from complications of Parkinsen’s Disease. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Robert was born October 13, 1931. He graduated from East High School and served in the Navy during the Korean War. Robert owned and operated Bordenaro’s Grocery.
Robert is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara; sons, Michael (Vicki) and Richard Folsom; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Norman (Donna) Folsom; sisters, Marquieta (Bill) Eddis and Wilma (Clarence) Vangundy; nieces, Michelle Bouma and Regina Romeo; brother-in-law, Carl (Lillian) Bordenaro; sister-in-law, Madonna Swartz; and many nieces; nephews; and beloved friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Sposeto.
