Terry will be greatly missed. I began dealing with Terry and National Oak back in June of 2000. He was the first person I met when I walked in the door. He greated me with a smile, and talked to me, as if we had known each other for years... Terry's laugh, and smile could even be seen when you were just talking to him on the cell phone. Terry always had a little more patience than the average guy, and his soft heartedness never waivered, no matter how many times my company failed his simple requests.
The last time I shook hands with Terry was November 27th, 2007, when HOUSE OF KOLOR and Jon Kosmoski put on a clinic in DesMoines. It was great to see Terry afterhours and outside of the office. Supporting our HOK paint line, talking and laughing with customers, when he could have been home with his family. He never asked for anything special, or anything free. He just did his job, only like Terry knew how to do, and he did it well!
Because of giving that we receive, it is in forgiving that we are forgiven, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. God Bless you Terry!
My heart felt sympathy goes to Terry's family and friends. His character and friendship will be missed greatly. My prayers are with you on this day, that
we all celebrate his life.

Terry my friend,
I can not believe that I would ever have to write something like this to you. I will miss our daily conversations about life, work and family. The way we used to work through issues and problems and everything it takes to keep a business up and running. Our comradery and frienship. I can never thank you enough for how warm and welcoming you were when I first came to Iowa.
We are all better people for knowing you Terry. My heart and prayers go out to you family. Rest in Peace old friend.

Terry and I go way back to when I first started L & S Auotboday and Shop Supplies here in Omaha back in the late 80's. He was also my go to guy. It was like having a loyal employee who I never met and never had to pay. We use to laugh at what a deal that was {secretly I think he added up what it would have costed me to put him on the payroll}Especially all the times when I would call up at 4:45 and say "can you please throw this on the truck real quick" And he would have that laugh..."sure Sandy I gotta start runnin bye" sure enough it would be down here the next day never fail. In all I can truthfully say he was one of the main reasons my business was as succesful as it was. I will allways cherish are frienship. God bless you all

My friend and co-worker have shared a lot of laughs and chewed the fat about fishing. Terry Schultz loved fishing and never tired of talking about it. He is probably reeling one in right now.
Terry had friends everywhere as he was one of those special people that made everyone feel at ease. He had a great sense of humor, was generous and had a gift of love. He loved everybody and everybody loved him.
I feel blessed that he touched my life and I will miss him greatly. A more dedicated person you will not find. He was dedicated and loyal to his family, friends, work and life.Terry Schultz had HONOR and I will honor him each time I think of him.
I am proud to call Terry Schultz my friend.
My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

I am a better person for having worked with and known such a kind man. If the world had more people in it like Terry we would truly be blessed. I agree with Teri Kerrigan that although I never met him in person I loved him as my friend and coworker all these years. God Bless and comfort you all in this time of great sorrow. Terry's family is in my prayer's.

I've been working for National Oak for about 4 years and I never met Terry but
I've been talking to since I been here. He was my go to guy if I had any questions and the first thing he would say " HA HA we beat you guys in sales" I would just laugh and say " yeah well maybe next week will get you guys"
Maybe some day I will finally meet my friend " T- BONE" and when that time comes
I'll just walk up to him and give him a hug and just say THANKS.
My sympathy goes out to all those who loved him
MISS YOU " T- BONE "

Terry was an awesome person! He was always so happy.
Every time he would call me, he would say Hey Teri in Orlando,
this is Terry in DesMoines and we would laugh! I never have
met Terry personally, but I know that I loved him, just by
his spirit. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family.
I'm sure he will be GREATLY missed. I will keep you in my prayers.
