Savanna K. Bonds

Savanna Bonds, age 14, passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2017. She was born on February 6, 2003 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Savanna attended East High School and just started 9th grade. Savanna was a member of Grace Fellowship Church where she attended youth group every Wednesday evening. Some of her hobbies and interests included, playing volleyball, softball, and cheerleading. Savanna was so full of life, she loved snapchatting, checking social media and hanging out with her friends. Her brother’s want everyone to know that she was awesome!

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving parents, Barbara and William; siblings, William Jr., Anthony, Breanna, Marissa, Charles, and Annabella; grandparents, Rosa Mea Young-Bey, Jerry Levelle Evans, Marjorie Tilton, and Gerald Tilton; aunts & uncles, Esther Pollard, Rosa Marie Benneth, Brenda Bonds-Martin-Linton, Zeala Thomas, Dennise VanGundy, Julia Sewell, Kim Withers, Joseph, Janet Bonds, Donald Tilton, Michael Bonds, and Octavia Bonds; and a host of loving extended family and friends.

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, Grace Fellowship Church, 2440 Capitol Ave., Des Moines. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2017, also at the church.
