Harry Roy Deveraux

Harry Roy Deveraux, 80 formerly of Lehi, Utah passed away at the Iowa Veteran's Home in Marshalltown, Iowa on September 7, 2017. Harry was born May 31, 1937 in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Myron Deveraux and Elma Green.
Harry served his country proudly in the U.S. Army.
Harry received a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and subsequently worked for the US Post Office in Washington, D.C. and the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. He also worked as a systems engineer for Hewlett Packard, Geneva Steel and Varian Medical Systems in Utah. He retired in 2004, and is the holder of two US patents.
He is survived by a daughter, Elisa of Boise, Idaho and two sons, Robert (Loana) of Macomb, Illinois, Ronald (Cheryl) of Des Moines, Iowa. He has 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be held at a later date.

Harry was a wonderful man. He was very supportive and kind. He will be greatly missed, as he was already since he left Utah. My deepest sympathies to his family.
