I did not know Kay accept I met her a few times through my sister, Tracy MacDougall many years ago. I remember Kay had a wedding or baby shower for Tracy in her home. A few times shortly after I got to know her a little bit because Kay asked me to do her hair. Those few times were fun. We had not really kept in touch at all over the yrs. I remember Kay seemed to have a good since of humor and a fun personality. Although we were mere acquaintences, I am sure that she will be missed by those closest to her. I am glad that she did befriend me a couple yrs ago through facebook. Through just a few short conversations on fb, I am glad to know that she was a Christian and I will be able to get to know her better in Heaven one day. Our loss is Heaven's gain! I had been praying for her since I first found out she was sick. Now, I am praising God that she is no longer sick and will continue to pray for her family and friends.

I'm her grandson and I just need to say a prayer
Dear Grandma,
I know we left things off on a bad note. I just couldn't deal with things. I never stopped loving you. My heart is truly shattered at this news. I hope your last days were painless and peaceful. I love you Graham Cracker (my nickname for her). May you rest in peace.
