Donald Weis

Ronald Bruce “Bandit” Weis Sr. passed away on February 2, 2008 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5-8 P.M. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. He is survived by his loving wife Julie, his 3 sons Ron Jr., David Lee and Cody Sanders, his daughter Tammy, his sister Billie, his brothers Gary, Donnie, Charlie, Robert and David Weis as well as 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Willet and Mary Weis, his brother Michael and his son Billy. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family. Ron’s family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of Central Iowa.
