I knew Tom for 28 years. During that time, we attended many sporting events from Denver to Boston to Phoenix and many more. He was an awesome person with a huge heart and never really got mad at anyone. He will be missed but the memories will go forever.

Just heard yesterday , of the passing of a lifelong family friend Tom Borg..
So sad, Tom was one of a kind, a super person with a heart at least as big as the world. He was truly one of those people that would literally give you the shirt off his back. A true genius when it came to numbers and dates. Tom knew the birth dates of our entire family of 12 plus our parents birthdays. An unbelievable person that will be missed by his many friends and family members. Rest in peace Tom, we love you. Sincerely, the entire Hagen Family

As I read about Tom in the paper, I was reminded of the times as children that we would see the Borgs at family visits to Aunt Fern and Uncle Elmer's "house on the hill." Though we never got to know one another very well......it seemed as if it was a case of "the 3 Reed sisters shyly watching the 3 Borg brothers." But we were family and down through the generations that always meant something to the Treloars.
With prayers for your family, Ann

What a class gentleman . We had a nice conversation at our 50th class reunion. He loved Railsplitter sports and was always so positive . I went thru all of my Lincoln school years with Tom.
