Jaxson Alan Horvatich, 3 month old son of Breanna Omundson and Chris Horvatich, died Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 9:17 PM at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.
A Celebration of Life will be held 5-7 PM Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Federated Church of Bondurant. A balloon release in honor of all Gastrochisis (lime green) and Pulmonary Hypertension (purple) babies will be held after the Celebration of Life at 7 PM.
Jaxson is survived by his mommy & daddy: Breanna and Chris; his grandparents: Val & Joanne Horvatich and Lynn & Todd Omundson; his aunts and uncles: Taylor Omundson, Nicholas Horvatich, and Jessica Horvatich; and several other loving family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Little Al Foundation, 6545 SE 6th Avenue Pleasant Hill, Iowa, in loving memory of Jaxson.

Breanna and Chris I know I don't know you guys that well I went to school with Breanna,and I just want to say I am so sorry for your loss he is watching over you and he always will be he was such a cute cute little boy I wish there was something I could do for you guys if you guys ever need anything just tell me I am here for you I know it hurts really bad that he won't be there but always remember he is in your heart and in your soul, Jaxson was one of the most precious children that God has put on this earth and I know this is a extremely difficult time for you but I will pray that you and Chris will be Ok.

Deepest sympathy to all the family on little precious Jaxson leaving us. It hurts my heart so much when little ones don't get to stay and grow up with their families. Praying for you all to receive the strength to endure such heart ache.

Breanna and Chris, Both of you are in our prayers during this extremely difficult time. We hope you are able to get strength from each other. Jaxson was a very precious child and we know he was very loved. We hope you find peace and comfort in the days ahead.
