Loved the humor, fun, and practical thinking of Brian. Working with him was very enjoyable as were the card playing. I pray for strength, and peace for all his family and friends. He was special!

I've known Brian for many years while I was working in a dealership in Iowa City that Brian visited for years as a representative of American Family. Later I had the privilege of working with Brian as an employee. We shared a love of fishing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will be missed by many.

I was shocked to hear of Brian's passing. I worked a number of years with Brian at American Family and always found him to be of help whenever you needed it. He was also a great guy to be around. Condolences to his family.

Brian had such a whimsical laugh. I sometimes had a difficult time deciding if he was being real or pulling my leg. I will miss Brian's smile and caring heart. He was a "value added" member of the American Family team. He will be missed dearly. My deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time. May you take comfort in knowing that a special angel is watching over you.

Brian was my first mentor and manager. I will never forget his practical jokes, amazing sense of humor, passion for developing people, and his larger than life personality. Although our paths have not crossed for many years, I thought of him often. Rest in eternal peace and may God bless you and your family.
