Harold Dorow

Harold A. Dorow, 83, died Monday, January 21, 2008 at his home in Springfield, Missouri. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines.
Harold was born September 8, 1924 in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He served in the United States Army as a Paratrooper during World War II.
Harold is survived by his children: Sandra Smith, and Brenda Pettiecord; his sister Darlene Burns; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Viva and Ralph Dorow, his wife, Grace, and his son, Rodney.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Harold Dorow.
