Timothy Gardell

Timothy F. Gardell, 86, passed away Friday, January 18, 2008. A private viewing will take place Tuesday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.
Tim was born in Ansonia, Connecticut January 19, 1921 to Mathew and Josephine Gardella. He founded Gardell Hawkeye Tire Sales and operated it until his death. He was a decorated soldier in the European Theater and a pilot in the Army Air Force during World War II.
Tim is preceded in death by his beloved wife Rosemary, and his parents. He is survived by his loving sons David “Timmy” (Tresa) Gardella and John Gardell; his granddaughter Rita and his grandson David.
