Jack Wills

Jack H. Wills, 77, died January 16, 2008 at his home in Altoona. He had lived in Davenport for 25 years before moving to the Des Moines area until his retirement. Jack had been the Scott County Democratic Party Chairman and was involved in politics at all levels. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a test board technician at Northwestern Bell and was a member of the C.W.A.
Jack is survived by his two sons, John (Jan) Wills of Acworth, GA and Carlton (Susan) Wills of Davenport, IA; sister, Gwen McCarthy of Littleton, CO; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet and his son, Martin.
