Ralph Eugene Hartley

Ralph Eugene Hartley, 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center.
Ralph graduated from Lincoln High School. He retired from Younkers. Ralph enjoyed coaching and playing softball, dog and horse racing and watching his grandchildren participate in sports.
Ralph is survived by his children, Lori (Rich) Newman, Kelly (Dan) Olson and Randy (Jill) Hartley; and their mother, Rose; grandchildren, Traci, Travis, Trey, Kyle, Adam, Nathaniel, Kaitlyn and Lincoln; sister, Jeri Leo; and many other loving family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Elsie Hartley; sister, Dorothy Ruggles; and brother-in-law, James Leo.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street followed by a reception at the Eagle’s Lodge, 6567 Bloomfield Road.

i ABSOLUTELY..."Loved Ralph"!!!..we enjoyed his company every SINGLE "TIME"...we were blessed to be in his company....we danced @ Evys Lounge, his "2nd HOME"!!!...& we also laughed, had a few brews, & felt he was part of our "EVY'S GANG"!!...Ralph, I know you are looking down on all of us, you will be missed by..."ALL"!!!...Love ya, Peg

My new neighbor..... He was such a sweet guy.....Loved his crooked little smile. I kept watering his flowers hoping he and April would come home. So sorry for your loss. Please remember that April has a Furever home if she needs that. They will be missed by me.

Ralphie was ALWAYS one of the MOST sweetest and funniest guys I can remember. Soooo many good times at Evys with him. All the pool leagues we played on together !! He was so Luvd by Many,,,, RIP Our Dear Friend ,,,, YOU will never be forgotten !!!
