Dorothy Hammer

Dorothy M. Hammer, 94, died Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at her home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2008 at Union Park United Methodist Church, 2305 East 12th Street. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Dorothy was born May 29, 1913 to Oscar and Hulda Daughtrey in Centerville. She was a member of Union Park United Methodist Church
Dorothy is survived by her children, Susan Blank and John (Judy) Hammer; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Hammer; son-in-law, Jim Blank; brother, Donald Daughtrey; and sister, Marjorie Daughtrey.
Memorial contributions may be given to the church.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. TODAY at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
