Leota Faye (Belcher) Quick, 73, received her Angel Wings on Sunday, April 30, 2017. She has been reunited with her beloved Mommy, Dad, and brother as she so longed for. Leota was born on December 25, 1943 in Des Moines, Iowa to Helen and Harold Belcher.
She is survived by her son, Jeff (Donna) Lewis; daughters, Roxanne Lewis, La Rae (Tim) Bryant, and Jessica (Mark) Cochrane; grandchildren, Russell (Katie) Ozimek, Amanda (Teddy) Cockerham, Shelby (Joe) Whitehead, Zachary (Sarah) Robinson, Trever (Nikole) Robinson, and Dakota Bryant; great-grandchildren, Logan Cockerham, Mariah Cockerham, Madison Ozimek, Kolin Ozimek, Peyton Robinson, and Mary Robinson; her partner in crime, Chris Field (cousin) together they were Thelma & Louise!, husband, Mike Quick; sister-in-law, Patricia Belcher; aunt, Gladys Snodgrass; uncle, Glen Thomas; and many nieces and nephews.
Leota was preceded in death by her mother, Helen G. (Thomas) Belcher; father Harold R. Belcher Sr.; and brother, Harold (Bud) Belcher Jr.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW, Altoona. Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Friday, May 5th, also at the funeral home followed by burial at Woodland Cemetery Iowa Center in Maxwell.

Such an impact you have left in our lives and Heart. You have touched so many lives and souls. Especially those of your family and children and grandchildren.
