John Cramblit, 72, died on April 14, 2017 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. He was born in Des Moines, on March 24, 1945, to Clare and Voral (Patterson) Cramblit.
John enjoyed target shooting, attending car shows and mostly spending time with his grandchildren. He worked for Meredith Corporation and R.R. Donelly for 38 years. John was in the US Air Force during Vietnam.
John is survived by his wife, Linda; son, John; daughter, Shannon; grandchildren, Rachael, Brandon, Leah and Trevor. He is preceded in death by his parents.
There are no services planned at this time.

I am so sorry for your loss. John was always the best kind of neighbor a person could hope for. He was there, ready to help with anything we needed.
