Richard Frette

Richard “Dick” Frette, 66, of West Des Moines passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines after a long courageous battle with cancer. The visitation will be held from 1 to 3 PM Sunday, December 9, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home (605 Lyon Street). The funeral service will be at 2:30 PM Monday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home with burial following at Glendale Cemetery.
Richard was born to Amil and Alice Frette on October 22, 1941 in Des Moines, IA where he grew up. He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserves. He also enjoyed cars and spending time with his friends.
Richard is survived by his children; Mark Frette, Jodi (Jim) Bruce, Keith Frette, Kathy (Jim) Cunningham, Craig (Joni) Frette. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
