Patheuang Inthabounh

Patheuang Inthabounh, 42, was born February 3, 1975, in Xieng Hon, Laos to father, Vath Inthabounh and mother, Kham Inthabounh.

He passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Patheuang worked for Firestone as a tire builder. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing basketball with his children. He also liked fishing and hunting and was an active member of the Asian community.

He is survived by his wife, Chanh Inthabounh; his children, Austin, Ashley and Athan Inthabounh; his parents, Vath and Kham Inthabounh; his siblings, Keo Inthabounh, Vay Seemeuang and Cee Inthabounh; twelve nieces and seven nephews.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 7, 2017, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Urn burial will take place at Glendale Cemetery on Monday, April 10, 2017, at 1:00 p.m.
