Amy Carlson, age 50, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at her home. She was born on October 8, 1966 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Amy had a passion for music and listened to all music genres. One of her favorite hobbies was looking for the best garage sales in town and going thrift store shopping. Above all, she loved every chance to have her family and friends over for gatherings or simply just company. Amy could always be found talking on the phone and the joke was that she would have made a great phone operator! She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Jimmy Carlson & Molli, Tiffany “Lucile” Carlson, and Matthew Carlson; grandchildren, Tess, Beau, and Layla; brothers, Cole Kline, Blaine Johnson, and Glenn Kline, Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.

Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Kline; and sister, Misty Carlson.
