We are sorry for your loss. We will miss him on Sundays with the rest of the Steeler faithful. It was always a pleasure to speak to him, and I will miss our Sunday discussions. I was so lucky to know him. We met through our shared fandom I still considered him a very good friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. Troy was such a beautiful person; funny, kind-hearted, and a true and loyal friend. He remembered every great, fun, dangerous, and embarrassing thing we ever did growing up, and called me on my birthday for over 30 years. I will miss him dearly.

I didn't know Troy well, but what I did know was that he was ALWAYS going to be there watching Steelers football with our group.
I loved discussing with him about OUR team and we would often get to the point of "what the hell they were doing wrong, and how they should fix it."
I would often get there earlier than most and save his seat bcz I knew he was going to be there. I think it only appropriate that I continue to save his seat this upcoming year bcz he will still be right there with us.
I'm lucky to have know him!
