DeWayne Rasmussen, 87, passed away at Bishop Drumm Care Center on March 5, 2017. He was born June 29, 1929, in Albia, IA to Vigo and Jennie Rasmussen.
DeWayne served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
DeWayne is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ruth; sons, Jeff (Olga) Rasmussen and Eric (Marsha) Rasmussen; grandson, Christiaan (fiancée, Claire); and his sister, Betty (Kenny) Johnson. He was preceded in death by son, Jon.

Ruth- Bev and I were sorry to here from Monica of Dewyane's passing. He was a great guy and we know it will take some adjusting for you and your family to continue on with out him. You and Dewyane will be in our thoughts and prayers.
