Linda Mallory

Linda Lee Mallory, 70, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 25, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Family will gather graveside at Oakwood Cemetery on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

Linda was born May 4, 1946, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Glen and Bertha (Prock) Williams. She loved her family and took pride in her fulltime job as homemaker, wife, and mother. She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed RoseArt, and was talented at drawing and painting. She liked spending time watching western movies and Animal Planet. Linda loved Gaither music and was an avid Cubs fan.

She is survived by her sons, Jason (Audrey) Mallory and Mike (Robyn) Mallory; grandchildren, Amanda, Cheyenne, Aerial, Hailey, and Ryan; siblings, Glenda (Donn) Block, Clyde (Diane) Williams, Charlie Williams, Leroy (Julie) Williams, Debbie (Mike) Moore, and Laura Williams; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Mallory and her siblings, Velma, Nelson, David, Susan, Lewis, and Janie.
