Barbara Henderson

Barbara Rose Henderson, 75, of Berwick, IA went peacefully home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 3, 2007 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Hope Lutheran Church, 3857 E. 42nd St., Des Moines, IA with Pastor Timothy Braun officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
Barb was born December 31, 1931, the 3rd child and only daughter to George and Luella Brown in Havelock, IA.
Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Dale Henderson; sons, David (Becky) Henderson of Berwick, Bob (Marcia) Henderson and Donn Henderson; daughters, Becky (Frank) Payne and Linda (Les) Nichols all of Des Moines; grandchildren, Katrina, Sam, Tim, Misty, Ben, Adam (Nicole), Katelyn, Kenny, Kaleigh and Becky; great-grandchildren, Frankie, Timmy, Jr., Layne and Sydney; stepmother and stepfather, Eva and Louie Hawkness; brother, George (Pat) Brown; a large extended family and many friends.
