Pearl Marinaro, 67, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, February 17, 2017.
Pearl was born November 11, 1949 in Des Moines to Harry and Loretta (Canady) Cronin. She graduated from Des Moines Tech and retired from RR Donnelley. Pearl was an animal lover and enjoyed her many, many pets.
Pearl is survived by her loving husband, Dominic; son, James (Laurie) Cronin; step-son, Thomas Marinaro; six grandchildren, a great-granddaughter; brother, Jerry (Connie) Cronin; and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jamie Kellis; brothers, Roger and Ronald Cronin; and her step-daughter, Debra Hartzer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2017 at the Eagles Lodge, 6567 Bloomfield Road in Des Moines.

Pearl you were like a sister to me. We have known each other for 50 years and always knew each of us would always be there for each other. The memories I have I will forever hold them in my heart. Dominic, Pearl loved you so very much and had no problem telling everyone and showing her love for you every day. I am so sorry you have to go through this tough time.
