I knew Norman as an Officer at the jail. Norman had some struggles for sure but he was a human being and if you took the time to get to know him he loved to tell stories about fishing. I will moss those talks. Rest in Peace Norman. I hope you found peace whereever you are.

Sorry for the loss of Norman. I know Norman had a lot of challenges. I hope he had family. My thoughts and prayers are with them. Norman is now at peace.
