Dear John, Kenny, Rick & Rancell,
I love you guys with all my heart. You are my family and my heart is broken, I've cried my heart out when I heard the news. I'm sure you know that I have multiple sclerosis and I am living at the hospital currently. I would like a phone number so I am able to get in touch with you, since I will not be able to attend the services. You may reach me at 515-263-5110. I love you all so much and she was so beautiful.
Love, Penny Harker

John and Dixie were friends of my parents as i was growing up. Life got in the way and I had not seen them in over 40 years. Christmas 2015 I got a card in my mailbox. It was a Christmas card from dixie and john. In the card she asks "I hope you remember us" I will allways remember her and that they thought of me after all those years speaks to the kind of person she was. Rest in peace Dixie and I will never forget you
