Taylor Thompson

Taylor Benjamin Thompson, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
Taylor was born to Thomas and Nanci Thompson on September 14, 1981 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. He was very proud that he had made it to the State Wrestling Championships and that he was involved in multiple sports, taking on baseball, football and wrestling. Taylor was an avid Cubs fan. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a contagious smile.
Taylor will remain in the hearts of his wife, Stephanie Baker; mother, Nanci Thompson; father, Thomas Thompson; brothers, Chad, TJ, Troy, Toby and Alan; eight nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
A celebration of life will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Park Ave Christian Church, in the Fellowship Hall, 3219 SW 9th Street in Des Moines
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Taylor.

So sorry to hear about your loss. I remember having Taylor playing baseball at our house a lot growing up. Thinking of your family and praying for peace for all of you.

I am very sorry for your loss. I have great memories of growing up with Taylor and all of you. From bike riding to the candy store to roaming the woods we were always having a good time on Virginia circle. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I apologize for not being able to make it to the services.
