Aiden Atchison

Aiden Atchison, infant son of Massa and Ryan Atchison, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2017, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines.

Aiden is survived by his mommy and daddy, Massa and Ryan; brother, Zander; grandparents: Mike and Jan Atchison; Home and Koui Vong; his aunts and uncles: Megan and Nathan Ellsworth, Bo and Don Khongmaly, Manyvone Vong, Kean and Sun Wong, Souk and Khamson Luck, and Songkham Vong; as well as many cousins and other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sophie; and uncle, Khamsouk Soulinthavong.

I am so sorry to read about the loss of your precious Aiden. It is always difficult to lose a loved one, but it is especially tragic to lose them so early in life. Please take comfort in knowing that death is only a temporary part of life. (John 5:28,29) Although your time with sweet little Aiden was cut short, you can have the hope of being reunited with him forever, under perfect circumstances. (Revelation 21:4) In the meantime, even though the pain may at times seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure.
