Didn't know you much beyond that one gig we did for your friend's wedding, but you visited my daughter when she was real sick in hospital and I'll never forget it. Cheers for the lead singer of the band.

Chris and I met when we worked together. We became friends quickly. He was hilarious, kind and soft spoken. I knew him before his health began to fail when he was all smiles and plans for his comedy and music. I'm so sorry to his family and all who loved him. It's a small relief to know that he's no longer in pain, restricted from doing what he wants and I sincerely hope he's with the person he missed the most, his mom. I hope everyone is finding peace because Chris would want that.

I've said so much more than this over the past few days to friends and family via Facebook and other mediums about this wonderful man who left - that all I'll say here is this:
Long live the Captain! We'll forever lament his absence!

So sorry for your loss.
Did not know Chris personally - but we was Facebook friends and I also went to North High School. When I was diagnose with cancer Chris always asked how I was doing and had lots of kind words. And my Granddaughter married a Jackson Chandler of GA. We would talk about that also.
I wish I could have met him - but he was a good friend of my niece Mindy Zimmerman. Our heart is with you all. And God has received a angel.
