Albert Griffin

Albert “Pete” Griffin passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at home surrounded by his loving family. A memorial visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Friday, November 30th at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.
Al was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He worked at John Deere for 30 years. After retiring he went to work at Gillotti Companies for another 15 years.
Al’s family will miss their “Mr. Clean and Tidy” whom was always following them around picking up after them. Al was their “biggest” fan never missing any sporting or school events.
Al is survived by Julie his loving wife of 52 years; his sons Danny Griffin and Larry Griffin; his daughter Victoria Warren; his sons-in-law Ken Warren and Russ Pebbles; his grandchildren Jamie, Larry (Mandie), Janell, Nicole; his great grandchildren Stephanie and Samantha.
Memorial contributions may be made to Al’s family or Hospice of Central Iowa.
