Amber & family,
We were so sorry to hear of the death of your Dad and send our love and sympathy to you. We know this must be a very difficult time for you, as it always is hard to say good-bye to someone we love. We pray God will bless all of you with His comfort, peace and strength during this time. Cherish the special memories you have - they become more cherished as time goes by.
P.S.
Take care, Amber, you are a very special young lady. I don't know your family, but I'm so grateful I got to know you back when you were in my class at Faith. God has special plans for your life and He will always be there for you.
Love, Donna

I met Kevin over 10 years ago during nursing school. During that year we became good friends. I enjoyed listening to his stories about his children, hunting, skiing, and of his family. He was always full of Love for his children, their mothers, and his family. Our paths seldom crossed after school, but when they did our friendship just picked up again as if we talked everyday.
Remember Kevin, you still owe me one, or two, or three...for taking notes in class so you could go deer hunting.
Watch over your children and enjoy spending time with your parents.
I will miss you Kevin.

I met Kevin in high school when he was a sophomore and I was a freshman. Kevin always had a smile and was quick to laugh. I have fond memories of visiting his previous home in Earlham and several trips to his father's coin shop. Unfortunately, I lost contact with Kevin when he was stationed in Germany and only ran into him a few times after that. I felt a sense of peace reading about all of Kevin's children and grandchildren and knowing that Kevin must have had a lot of love in his life. His legacy will live on through his many loved ones.
My deepest sympathy to Kevin's family.

Please know that we are thinking and praying for all of you. It is always a tough time when a person steps from here into eternity, when we are the ones left behind.
We do have memories of Kevin as you kids were growing up. I remember even staying at the home place...(Ben & Joan's) a couple of times.
There was plenty of hunting to go around, and Kevin did that several times at our place. I remember chatting about the fun skiing in Colorado...and always wondered what that would be like to ski on the mountains.
I'm sure there are plenty of mountains by his mansion. :)
Praying for all of you.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss of your Dad and brother. I knew Kevin at a very young age and remember sulking long enough that he would take me fishing with him and Jan in Storm Lake. I also saw my share of pheasants and deer he would bring to the farm after the big hunt. He always loved a big adventure.
Keep your memories close to your heart and he will always be with you. Remember you have a strong extended family that cares for you and loves you very much.
With love, Jane and Joe Grace

Kevin's volunteer work at the American Red Cross was very much appreciated. He took pride in his work and always smiled when receiving a warm complement from staff members. His office "corner" is empty now but we will always know who worked there and deligently designed brochures and offered to assist wherever he was needed. As the volunteer director, I could always count on Kevin to fill-in at the front desk. Thanks Kevin for all you did for the Red Cross.

Greetings.
As you may already know, Kevin recently spent a year working at the Central Iowa Chapter of the Red Cross. He became part of our crew - carrying his coffee cup around in the mornings and helping out in a variety of ways. He spent most of his time here working for our Disease Prevention Education programming. Perhaps his most noteworthy efforts were in helping to create multiple brochures which we put into immediate use and which are still used today to educate our community. Kevin's time at the Red Cross was very helpful to us and I believe also helped Kevin feel like part of a team and know that he was doing good work.
Please know we are thinking of you in this time of loss.
