Jeremy Rush Hiltbrunner, 27, died Sunday, November 25, 2007 at his fiancée’s home in Early, Iowa. Jeremy lost his life-long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. He was blessed to have the support and love of his family, many friends and beloved doctor, Dr. Nassif and pediatric nursing staff at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames, Iowa. Memorial services will be 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway in West Des Moines.
Jeremy was a 1998 graduate of Valley High school and a 1999 graduate of Wyoming Technical Institute. He was a resident of Des Moines, Iowa and worked at Betts Cadillac and Karl Chevrolet for several years as a Service Technician. He loved fishing, the Yankees, and riding his motorcycle.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Jeanne Ezzone and husband Harold; his father, Mike Hiltbrunner and wife Lanna; his brother, Aaron Hiltbrunner; grandparents, Joe and Sharon Jefferson and Walt and Barb Hiltbrunner; great grandmother, Maxine Jefferson; his fiancé, Mandy Diamond and special friends of the family, Judy Knight and Catherine Long.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Iowa Chapter.

I am so sorry for the tragedy that you have went through and the pain and greif that you must be feeling right now. I can not even imagine what it is like. You and your family are in out thoughts and prayers. If you need anything at all, even what may seem so small, please let me know. I will be glad to help you in any way that I can.
